Chimay Triple / Blanche
Chimay Tripel, with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.
Maredsous 10 Tripel
Golden beer with a characteristically fresh bouquet and sweet after-taste.
Bush Ambrée
It was created in 1933 by Alfred Dubuisson, grand-father of the present family brewer, Hugues. Its former name was “Bush Beer 24°” (the density in Ballings), but today it is known as Bush Amber. Its amber colour is due to the use of caramel malt in the production process. Its bitter sweet taste provides it with firmness and personality. What’s more, it helps digestion.
Jenlain Ambree
The most widely-available of the bieres de garde.
Jenlain Blonde
Sister of the famous Jenlain Ambrée, this is a blonde with character, an authentic craft beer of the North. Its recipe was inspired by that of the Jenlain Ambrée but with a specific focus on aromas and flavors thanks to a subtle combination of hops. With its light bitterness, it is a beer you’ll enjoy on its own or as part of a meal and will marry perfectly with fish, cheese or meat.
