Coniston Infinity IPA
Also available bottled. Highly hopped without bound. Infinity IPA is our interpretation of the new generation of India Pale Ales. Pale Maris Otter malts combine with healthy quantities of Mount Hood, Challenger, Golding and Amarillo hops to make for an infinitely hoppy IPA. Refreshing, crisp and sharp with a lingering bitter finish. Infinity IPA is best enjoyed chilled and with a thirst that needs quenching.

Originally brewed for Thornbridge’s now closed Dada Bar in Sheffield.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Wheat, Hops (Mosaic, Citra), Yeast
Light gold in colour; its peachy character is created by the use of aromatic US hops.

A smooth blend of crystal, chocolate and pale ale malts modestly bittered with East Kent Goldings and First Gold hops, then finished with a late addition of Styrian Goldings to give that classic liquid Christmas pudding flavour.
